Shift Details:
- Working hours: 24/7 rotating shifts, including night shifts, from Monday to Sunday
- Two days off per week, on a rotating schedule
- Rotating shift pattern, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts
Language Requirements:
- German (C2 proficiency required)
- English (Intermediate proficiency preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team in Braga. In this role, you will provide technical support to German-speaking customers in the website solutions sector. While experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to grow within the company.
Your responsibilities will include providing remote technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and offering support via phone, email, or chat. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a dedication to customer satisfaction, and the ability to solve problems effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Offer
- quality customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, helping them resolve technical issues related to website solutions - Troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions for website setup, functionality, and configuration
- Guide customers on how to use website tools, helping them navigate features and solve problems efficiently
- Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues in the company’s CRM system for future tracking
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Follow established processes for troubleshooting, escalating issues, or resolving technical problems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or
- level support when needed - Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and possible improvements to the customer experience
- Take ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner and following up as necessary
- Adhere to data protection policies and maintain confidentiality when handling customer information
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Manage customer expectations and remain composed in
- pressure situations - Offer continued support for
- related inquiries, assisting customers in maximizing their use of services
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (C2 level required)
- Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 or higher preferred)
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not necessary
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions and common technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
- Strong
- solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems - Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards remotely
- Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and prioritizing effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially with repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and flexible hours
- EU ID required for work in Portugal
