Your Responsibilities :

• Outstanding customer support via phone and email in German – you’ll solve problems, answer questions, and create fantastic customer experiences.
• Building customer loyalty : You’ll advise potential customers and ensure their needs are met.
• Managing customer data : Collect and update information in the platform to provide

• Efficient processing ⏱ of requests to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
