Your Responsibilities:

1. Identify customers' needs to diagnose and resolve problems
2. Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company’s products as well as deliveries, returns, refunds
3. Use a multichannel approach to speak with customers (voice, email, social media)
4. Cross and upsell additional products
5. Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s
