Your Profile
- German proficiency mandatory and fluent English (B2)
- Strong focus on customer needs
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Strong communication,
- solving, and active listening skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a
- paced and
- driven environment
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify customers' needs to diagnose and resolve problems
- Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company’s products as well as deliveries, returns, refunds
- Use a multichannel approach to speak with customers (voice, email, social media)
- Cross and upsell additional products
- Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s
