Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a flair for sales? We’re looking for a motivated, German-speaking customer excellence representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, offering
- tier support, and ensuring every customer’s experience is seamless and memorable.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from Portugal while being part of an exciting and growing team.

1. Provide outstanding customer support in German via phone, email, or chat
2. Offer detailed product and service information to address customer needs
3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism
4. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

1. Rotative shifts, 5 days a week

1. Fluency in German (written and spoken)
2. Intermediate in English (written and spoken)
3. Experience in sales is a plus
