Are you a German speaker? We are looking for German Customer Support Consultants to join the dynamic team of Netflix. Are you a TV shows fan?

What you will do:
- Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
- Answering
- to questions about payment - Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
- Assisting subscribers with
- to questions & navigating on Netflix
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Minimum 6 months of relevant customer care experience
- General understanding of online marketing products/services being supported
- EU Passport
- Relocation to Greece
