We are seeking a dedicated German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team and support a prestigious cruise line. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a
- first mindset, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist passengers with inquiries, bookings, and
   - sale support.
2. Resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless travel experience.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve customer issues promptly.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

What We're Looking For:

1. Fluency in German (spoken and written) and B2-level English proficiency.
2. Previous experience in customer service or contact centers (preferred).
3. Experience in sales, tourism, or travel agencies (an advantage).
4. Strong digital skills with a high attention to detail.
5. Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple tasks.
6. Problem-solving mindset with a
   - focused approach.

Schedule:

1. Rotative shifts between Monday and Sunday with two days off per week.

Note: Applicants must already reside in Portugal and hold valid work authorization.
