Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will review
- generated content to ensure alignment with platform guidelines. Your role involves enforcing content standards, addressing user concerns, and collaborating with your team to uphold a positive and secure online environment. Staying informed about emerging trends will also be key to refining moderation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Evaluate videos, images, comments, and links to ensure compliance with community standards and remove inappropriate material.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce platform rules across various content types.
• User Support: Respond to user appeals with clear explanations for moderation decisions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with your team to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Trend Monitoring: Analyze user behavior patterns and identify emerging risks to enhance moderation tactics.
• Process Improvement: Provide feedback to optimize moderation tools and workflows.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (B2/C1 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
• Customer support experience is preferable
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
• Desire to learn and advance in the field
