2. Successfully implement and verify the integration of

3. Provide exceptional guidance, support, and training to clients on utilizing these products effectively.
4. Build strong and transparent relationships with both customers and colleagues, demonstrating enthusiasm and a commitment to success.
5. Deliver outstanding customer service that consistently exceeds client expectations and surpasses all quality benchmarks.

Requirements

1. Fluency in German: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills (minimum B2 level).
3. Technical Expertise:
4. Web Development Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS/CSS3.
5. CMS Platforms: Familiarity with CMS platforms at the user interface level (e. g. , Word
   Press, Shopify, Wix, Joomla).
6. Technical Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new customer service software applications and implement client solutions that may not always follow standardized processes.
7. Industry Experience: Experience working in a B2B environment, online advertising, or with ad products is preferred.
8. Core Competencies: Strong communication, customer service, relationship management, troubleshooting, and support skills.
