The Offer
- Using different channels to attract candidates
- Speaking with managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening CVs
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- In charge of conducting company assessments
- Doing reference checks
- Coordinating interviews with managers and the executive team
- Ensuring staffing goals are met
- Maintaining relationships with agencies, universities, and industry representatives
- Conducting reports and weekly meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Experience in the field
- People-oriented
- Focused on attention to detail
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Able to represent the brand at all times, enliven the culture, and be a true ambassador
- Quick in reactions, good in planning, and able to work under pressure
- Any extra language is a plus
