The Offer:

1. Conduct example assessments to check for adherence to customer criteria.
2. Recognize certain results and trends, implement data studies and act accordingly.
3. Leverage a
   - based approach to work.
4. Manage and analyze large amounts of data from a range of sources using business intelligence processes to create reports for stakeholders.
5. Write reports to analyze the team's performance, output, efficacy, etc. Communicate with management how to reduce inefficiencies.
6. Monitor calls, chats, and emails to ensure quality and consistency of the processes.
7. Work with the training team to monitor compliance according to company policies and suggest modifications.

Requirements:

1. Fluent German and excellent communication skills in English.
2. Experience in quality or a call center environment (would be a plus).
3. Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
4. Skills in Google tools: Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets, etc.
