Role Overview:

The main purpose of the role is to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Ad
Words campaign optimization for our clients' projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual
- facing team, working onsite with internal teams for a leading online multinational company to respond to client leads and assist in the success of this project. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills in a professional, modern,
- paced environment driven by excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high value advertising customers.
2. Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions.
3. Gather and analyze data at the account level and campaign level.
4. Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies.
5. Use optimization techniques aligned to customers' goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and You
   Tube.
6. Identify opportunities in accounts to help sales teams seize opportunities and drive conversations with agencies and clients.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies.
8. Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads.
9. Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in German.
2. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
3. EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
4. Digital marketing experience (Client service or account management).
5. Ad
   Words Search fundamentals certified (preferential).
6. Experience working in a B2B environment with active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (Ad
   Words, Advertising, etc. ).
7. Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.
8. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within a larger
   - oriented environment.
9. Technologically savvy - the ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process, and policy.
