Providing voice reservation services and customer contacts via phone
Matching IHG products with guest needs for revenue generation and brand loyalty
Ensuring a seamless customer experience using various tools and information
Assisting guests with pre, in, and
- travel concerns
Seeking continuous improvement in personal and team performance
Contributing positively to team motivation and goal achievement
Requirements
Your Profile
Proficient in German and English
High School Diploma or higher (preferred)Experience in the hotel/travel industry (desired)Previous experience in a call center, ideally in sales and/or customer service
Strong communication skills and social intelligence
Proficient in web navigation and adaptable to technological changes
