RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Executes complex transactions for NFC customers
2. Provides guidance to facilitate transaction execution
3. Develops and communicates mitigation plans for issues identified
4. Provides escalations that need immediate
   -
   - end resolution and feedback to customers and internal stakeholders
5. Assists in legal case support to ensure ability to minimize penalties and decreased customer experience
6. Provides support to sales on any questions that may arise when a customer is activated

1. Language skills: English + German or Dutch mandatory
2. Experience in Customer Support and Claims
3. Good communication skills

1. Base salary + Meal Allowance: 9€
2. Direct contract with the client
3. Schedule: 08H-17H or 09H-18H with a hybrid regime (after the 2nd month)
