Role Overview:
As a
Customer Support Specialist, you'll interact with clients via phone, chat, email, and social media to address account, technical, and financial concerns. Your efforts will boost customer satisfaction and contribute to improving our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional support through various channels: phone, live chat, email, and social media
Assist with account setup, verification, login issues, financial queries, and technical concerns
Serve as a trusted advisor, particularly for clients in the sports sector
Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and feedback
Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
Uphold service excellence while adhering to company policies
Suggest improvements to enhance processes and customer experiences
Requirements:
Fluent in German (C2 level)
Fluent in English (B2 level)
EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
0-1 year experience in customer support
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
