As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth interactions and problem resolution. Your dedication to personalized service will help maintain our reputation for outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Assist clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering efficient and thoughtful solutions.

- Proficiency in German (B2 level).
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
