responsabilidades chave
As a German Customer Support Agent, you'll be the voice of the platform, helping users solve their questions and issues with ease. You'll use your language skills to communicate with customers across multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone. ?
Your responsibilities include:
assisting German-speaking users with inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
ensuring that service delivery meets all contractual KPIs.
mastering the client's products to provide accurate, helpful solutions.
handling inquiries with efficiency and professionalism, while keeping everything in line with data protection and company policies.
striving to create the best customer experience by resolving issues quickly and with a smile.
competências
fluent German (native/C1 level) – You'll be working with German-speaking users, so strong language skills are a must!
good English – We speak it, and so should you!
attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
excellent communication skills and a knack for following guidelines.
team spirit – because great customer support is always a team effort!
Porto residents only – This position is
- site in the heart of Porto (remote work isn't an option).
