Job Description:
As a German Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking customers with their inquiries and providing them with accurate information. You will be part of a collaborative team, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Log customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the team to achieve performance targets.
• Provide product and service information when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) native or
  - native level.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a
  - paced environment.
• Strong team player, comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
