manage incoming phone calls

identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication

provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools

follow clients' communication procedures and guidelines

take the extra mile to engage customers

our Agents should be genuinely excited? to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately? communicative. They should understand the value of good communication skills

competências

fluent, verbal and written in German (C1);

excellent communication skills;

strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;

customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
