Requirements

Our client is a great match if you:Have an advanced level of German;Have call center experience;Are living in or willing to relocate to Porto or Braga, Portugal. Have flexibility in terms of shifts;Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;Have strong computer navigation skills (you don't need to be a pc nerd, don't worry);Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
