Address the questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone. Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via
- mail, chat, and social media channels. Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees. Engage in
- selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.

Requirements

Your Profile
Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers, always ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude. Are proficient in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken). Possess outstanding communication skills. Are keen to learn. (Bonus) Have experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment.
