We are looking to hire an organized German Customer Advisor for a Video Game Brand to join our dynamic team at Foundever Portugal in a home office setting.

Your future project: join our German Customer Support team. Our client is a world market leader in home video game consoles and production. As a customer service specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Responding efficiently and effectively to all customers’ inquiries within given timescales.
2. Developing and maintaining a full technical knowledge of the client’s products and services.
3. Dealing with all correspondence as requested/required.
4. Accurately logging all calls in line with procedures.
5. Maintaining and updating all
   - related administrative forms.
6. Recognizing when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

1. Proficient level of German (C1).
2. Intermediate level of English (B1).
3. Previous experience in Customer Service preferred.
4. Impeccable communication skills.
5. A calm, cool, and
   - headed attitude in every situation.
6. Excellent
   - organizing skills.
7. A proactive approach and willingness to work on own initiative.
8. Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and KPIs.
9. Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment and procedures.
10. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel).
11. High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work.
12. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit.
