A big american company, leader in social media services, is looking for candidates to perform functions in content reviewing and moderation roles in german, in order to develop the best possible experience for their users. responsabilidades chave

Review videos, comments, articles, photos and live content in german according to social media policies and targets;

Participate in regular training sessions in order to always ensure the correct conduct of moderation policies;

Add data and tags to content, identify and escalate potential risk situations;

Make suggestions to optimize efficiency;

Develop daily activity reports.

competências

Fluent in german (mandatory);

Intermediate/advanced english;

High school diploma (mandatory);

Tech savvy and ease of browsing on social networks;

Compliant and disciplined;

Ability to manage emotions and stress;

Strong reading, spelling and grammar skills;

Emotional intelligence to deal with sensitive content;

Critical thinking and ability to act quickly and independently since you'll be in a homeworking position;

Excellent team spirit, enthusiastic and pro active.

What we have to offer:

Salary of 1100€ per month (x14 months);

Meal allowance 7, 63€ per day;

40 hours a week with rotating schedules and days off, from monday to sunday;
