Job Description:

This is a very
- known social media platform requiring a moderator for their content.

Tasks:

1. Reviewing online videos/content/complaints/legal notices received from the end customer regarding incorrect decisions related to copyright work/material.
2. Updating content on a popular social media platform.
3. Auditing content received and sharing it for social media upload.
4. Ensuring service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
6. Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines laid down by the client.
7. Protecting customer data and ensuring compliance processes are followed.

Minimum Requirements:

1. C1 or higher in German.
2. B2 in English.
3. Associate degree in a related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred.
4. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
5. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
6. Dependable with strong attention to detail.
7. Skilled in
   - tasking; ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
8. Tolerance for repetitive work in a
   - paced, high production work environment.
9. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
10. Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone.
11. Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
