Job Responsibilities:

• Content Evaluation: Review and edit
  - generated content in German, ensuring it adheres to platform guidelines and community standards.
• Quality Assurance: Identify and remove harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content (including text, images, and videos) to maintain a safe and respectful platform for all users.
• Decision Making: Make quick, informed decisions about content moderation, ensuring consistent and accurate application of the platform’s policies.
• Policy Enforcement: Address content that violates safety and quality standards, including issues related to harassment, hate speech, or explicit material.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (such as product and customer support) to enhance the moderation process and improve overall content quality.
• Reporting & Documentation: Record moderation actions and trends, document any violations, and report significant issues or emerging patterns.
• Escalation: Flag and escalate complex content issues or policy violations to senior moderators or management for further investigation.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute feedback to improve internal guidelines and moderation tools to ensure the platform’s continued safety and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (both written and verbal).
• Prior experience in content moderation, editorial work, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process content quickly while maintaining high standards.
• Comfort in handling sensitive content and making unbiased decisions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with online content platforms and community guidelines is advantageous.
