This job is support for Meta- a leading technology company, formerly known as Facebook, Inc. It owns popular platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Whats
App, and Oculus, and focuses on social networking, virtual reality, and advancing the metaverse.

Your responsibilities: Assist Facebook and Instagram advertisers in a dynamic environment.

Your main tasks include resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, and guiding users on the platform to improve their advertising experience and satisfaction.

You will be part of a motivated, multilingual support team, helping customers after they purchase ad placements or use Facebook/Instagram products.

Part of your daily activities will be: Support small and
- sized businesses (SMBs) via live chat, email, and phone, in both German and English. Provide
- and
- sales support for
- service products. Improve clients' experiences with product and tool support. Identify trends and resolve issues affecting multiple SMB clients. Main duties: Starting dates: 03. 03 or 13. 03Fixed-term, renewable employment contract (12 months)Work in our modern office in the center of Lisbon!Working schedule: Monday- Sunday, 07:00-22:00: (5 days a week/ 8hours/day - 40h/week for
