We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Generative AI Engineer to help design, optimize, and implement generative AI models that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and deploy advanced generative AI models, including GPT-based architectures and
   - based systems.
2. Fine-tune and optimize language models for efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
3. Utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance information retrieval and
   - based AI systems.
4. Develop and implement AI agents to streamline complex workflows and improve automation.
5. Explore innovative model architectures to push the boundaries of generative AI.
6. Keep up with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and deep learning.
7. Experiment with emerging tools, frameworks, and AI methodologies to enhance Towards
   Change’s AI capabilities.
8. Document and share key technical insights, contributing to both internal knowledge bases and external publications.

Project Execution & Deployment:

1. Work closely with
   - functional teams to identify business challenges and develop AI-driven solutions.
2. Implement scalable AI pipelines and integrate generative AI models into production systems.
3. Lead projects from research and prototyping to deployment and ongoing system optimization.

Ethical AI & Responsible Development:

1. Ensure AI models are aligned with ethical AI principles, data privacy standards, and responsible AI guidelines.
2. Identify and mitigate biases in AI models to promote fairness, inclusivity, and transparency.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

1. Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

1. Strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
2. Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor
   Flow, Py
   Torch, and Hugging Face.
3. Hands-on experience with Open
   AI API, Anthropic API, Lang
   Chain, Lang
   Smith, or Lang
   Graph.
4. Deep understanding of
   - based models (e. g. , GPT, BERT, Ro
   BERTa, ALBERT) and experience in
   - tuning them for NLP applications.
5. Knowledge of recommender systems, AI-powered automation, and AI agents.
6. Experience deploying AI solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and working with MLOps pipelines.

1. Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and
   - technical stakeholders.
2. Strong

   - oriented approach.
