As an Indie Campers General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all UK, Ireland and Nordics revenue operations to drive performance in terms of gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management to achieve regional growth and profitability targets. You will be the key driver of regional success, ensuring that all aspects of the business are aligned with the company's goals and standards.
You will be joining our Revenue team in our Regional Office, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and working closely with the your regional and the HQ team.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to drive performance, focusing on gross margin, nights traveled, and COS as a percentage of revenue.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and effective execution of strategies.
- Operational Management: Oversee all regional operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and COS.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with your regional and the HQ team to ensure alignment and effective execution of regional plans.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the region.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation in regional operations.
- Financial Management: Manage regional budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in P&L management of a Product, Category or Business Unit within an E-commerce, DTC environment.
- Proven track record of driving regional performance and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong

- Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a
