Adecco HR is currently recruiting for the position General Accounting Country Specialist for one of its international clients!

In this position, you will be responsible for the
-
- day processing of the General Account function, working within the accounting team, ensuring daily &
- end transactions, performing activities in a timely & efficient manner and in compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Account Reconciliations
2. Account Analysis
3. Produce specific country analysis
4. GA Closing
5. Validate standard entries
6. Produce specific country bookings
7. Closing
   - analysis
8. Tax Accounting
9. Reporting
10. Assisting the Business Partner in maintaining service delivery and quality
11. Assisting and supporting the transversal department
12. GA operational point of contact with the country
13. GA operational point of contact with the internal stakeholders

Skills:

1. University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business
2. Professional experience in accounting (minimum 3 years)
3. Experience in the use of MS Office and ERP system (Oracle desirable)
4. Excel advanced user
5. English independent user
6. Attention to detail
7. Proactive & adaptable
8. Good communication
9. Problem-solving skills

Offer:

1. Direct contract with the client
2. Base salary + Meal allowance
3. Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM)
4. Hybrid model (2 days per week in the office)
5. Office: Oeiras
