As a Gen AI Developer at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:

1. Lead the development of multiple technical solutions focused on Generative AI, from proof of concept (Po
   C) to deployment.
2. Ensure
   - quality standards for AI solutions by adopting the most suitable tools and frameworks, and implementing best practices such as robust testing, validation, and performance evaluation processes.
3. Guide and mentor junior developers through the AI development lifecycle, ensuring good collaboration and
   - quality deliverables.
4. Engage with business stakeholders to define the technical direction of projects.
5. Support the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring ongoing monitoring, optimization, and updates.
6. Collaborate with software developers, MLOps, and Dev
   Ops to ensure seamless integration of AI modules into successful applications.

About You!

1. Expertise in Generative AI, microservices, mentoring,
   - solving, and software engineering best practices.
2. Proficient in Python programming and the use of frameworks such as Tensor
   Flow, Py
   Torch, and Lang
   Chain.
3. Considerable experience with cloud services, deep learning, machine learning, RESTful APIs, and the integration of said technologies into scalable solutions.
4. Excellent communication,
   - solving, and mentoring skills.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
6. A reliable team player, with a collaborative attitude.
7. Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the office.
8. Technical stack includes Python, Tensor
   Flow, Py
   Torch, Lang
   Chain, AWS, Azure, RESTful APIs, Git, Agile methodologies, and more in the realm of Generative AI.
