As a G2M Business Process Specialist, you will be part of the Product Marketing Business Process Management Team where you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our global

- market business process deliverables, ensuring seamless standardization, and driving continuous improvement. As a
- to person, you will own change management, establish critical interfaces, and foster knowledge sharing within our marketing communities.

In your new role, you will:

• Manage a segment of global

  - market business process deliverables.
• Ensure adaptability and standardization of process deliverables across all divisions.
• Own change management of process deliverables. Own process improvements.
• Establish an interface between a
  -
  - market process and
  -
  - market deliverables processes.
• Own and maintain process documentation and trainings.
• Act as a
  - to person for
  -
  - market business process.
• Foster knowledge exchange and best practices sharing within marketing communities.
• Support global projects.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field of studies.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Business Process Management.
• Experience in Marketing processes management.
• Experience in the Semiconductor or High-tech Industry.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting would be a plus.
• Experience in Project Management would be a plus.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
