What’s the Role?

As a Customer Support Rockstar, you'll be the superhero who keeps our customers happy and our network running smoothly. From troubleshooting charger issues to handling customer inquiries across multiple markets, you’ll be at the heart of Powerdot’s operations. Expect a
- paced, dynamic role where no two days are the same!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling customer queries through calls, emails, and support systems.
• Investigating issues to find the root cause.
• Monitoring our charging network to spot and solve problems before they escalate.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Documenting interactions and sharing insights to improve our service.
• Bringing energy, empathy, and efficiency to every customer interaction.

Who You Are

• A problem-solving genius with previous customer support experience.
• A polyglot – You speak at least three of these languages: Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, or Flemish.
• Someone with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about sustainability and mobility.
• Based in Lisbon (or ready to relocate) and open to working in rotating shifts.
