We are looking for an Functional DLP Administrator.
MAIN TASKS:
Incident Management
- Analyze and manage potential DLP-related incidents.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide
- level support to end users.
Role and Access Management
- Manage user roles and permissions within the DLP console.
- Review and update access controls annually.
Change Management & Evolution
- Oversee changes to the DLP platform, whether minor updates or larger projects.
- Manage the lifecycle of functional and operational improvements.
DLP Policy Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Define and create DLP rules (policies), working closely with engineering teams for implementation.
- Test and validate new DLP policies.
- Fine-tune existing DLP policies to ensure effectiveness.
- Conduct annual reviews of DLP policies.
Procedures
- Review and update functional administration procedures annually.
- Establish and annually review validated practices (business-authorized practices) to ensure compliance with company standards and security requirements.
Problem Resolution & Change Management
- Identify and resolve
- related problems. - Lead the resolution of platform
- related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain continuous and
- quality relationships with internal clients (business units, security teams, management). - Gather and prioritize user needs to adapt DLP services accordingly.
- Act as an interface between users and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and realistic expectations.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of information systems and their architecture, including network infrastructures, server environments, and application layers.
- Good understanding of IT service management principles (e. g. , ITIL), particularly in incident, problem, and change management within production environments. While not the core focus of this role, these skills are essential for effective collaboration with production teams and smooth DLP process integration into operational environments.
- Solid understanding of key IT components (firewalls, proxies, servers, databases, etc. ) and their role in securing data.
- Ability to analyze the impact of incidents and changes on the overall IT system functionality.
- Experience in managing and supporting IT security infrastructures with a
- oriented and
- driven approach. - Capacity to propose continuous improvements and ensure technological watch on data protection developments.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of rigor.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage incidents and identify root causes.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting platform changes and upgrades.
- English – Expert (Mandatory)
