Currently, we are seeking a Functional Analyst who’s eager to continue evolving, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark on a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for software or system development projects;
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
• Develop test cases based on functional requirements, conduct testing, and validate system functionalities to ensure they meet user needs;
• Provide support to
  - users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to facilitate user adoption and understanding of new systems or features;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals, and generate reports to communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Good proficiency in English (B2);
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities;
• Strong
  - solving capability and critical thinking;
• Effective organization and time management skills;
• Ability to work in a team.
