We are looking for our next Functional Analyst:

Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related;
2. Previous experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or related areas;
3. Ability to understand and document business and functional requirements;
4. Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum);
5. Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project);
6. Experience with business process analysis and modeling;
7. Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform queries to extract and analyze data;
8. Understanding of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms;
9. Ability to translate technical requirements into understandable language for
   - technical stakeholders;
10. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately;
11. Knowledge of analysis and documentation tools such as UML, BPMN, or other process modeling tools;
12. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
13. Specific industry knowledge relevant to the company's sector (finance, healthcare, telecommunications, etc. ) is highly valued;
