Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and
- oriented Functional Analyst (Junior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and requirements, as well as excellent analytical and
- solving skills. In this role, you will work closely with our development team to gather and analyze functional requirements, design and document system processes, and ensure the successful implementation of software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze functional requirements
2. Design and document system processes and workflows
3. Create detailed functional specifications and user stories
4. Provide support and assistance to the development team during the implementation phase
5. Identify and troubleshoot any functional issues or bugs
6. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
7. Stay

   - date with industry trends and best practices in functional analysis

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in functional analysis or a similar role
3. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements
4. Excellent analytical and
   - solving skills
5. Proficient in creating functional specifications and user stories
6. Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
7. Experience with system testing and quality assurance
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
10. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
