YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing functional specifications, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and development teams. This role requires knowledge of UML, business process modeling, and functional design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis & Documentation: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements; document functional and
  - functional requirements.
• UML & Business Process Modeling: Design and document workflows, system processes, and use cases using UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, Class Diagrams, etc. ).
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Test Case Definition & Validation: Support the QA team by defining functional test cases and validating system functionalities.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance business processes and system functionalities.

YOUR PROFILE:

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role;
• Knowledge of UML and business process modeling;
• Experience in gathering and defining business and system requirements;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence);
• Ability to work in
  - functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
