We are looking for a talented Functional Analyst, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to join an international project

Location: Lisbon or Porto

Regime: Hybrid work model – two days per week
- site

Salary Range: 1800€ - 2400€ net per month

‍ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide
  -
  - day support to users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O. Troubleshoot issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Handle incident and service requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) via a Jira ticketing system or similar.
• Building, validating and customising Jet reports.
• Provide training and guidance to end users on system functionality and best practices.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, knowledge base articles, and system procedures.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining various modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.
• Perform regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new releases of Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring minimal business disruption and smooth transitions.
• Ensure the application of necessary security protocols, compliance standards, and financial regulations within the system.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations' features, functionality, and configuration.
• Proven experience in a support role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (minimum 2-3 years)
• Understanding of system integration and data migration techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to analyze user issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to
  - technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and training skills.
• Collaboration & Time Management:
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
