• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email or live chat, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for
  - contact resolution.
• Providing product and service information to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly.
• Upselling and
  - selling products or services to existing and potential customers, aiming to meet sales targets.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience
