You’ll join our talented team and work on one of Pipedrive's most impactful features: Automations. The Automations feature helps thousands of businesses save time, stay organized, and streamline their workflows by automating repetitive tasks and processes. Our goal is to help users focus on what matters most—closing deals and growing their business.

How we work:

Our engineering team operates in independent tribes, ensuring flat hierarchies and scalability. Each tribe is
- sufficient with full ownership of its area. Developers enjoy a lot of freedom: they choose missions to work on, and after completing a mission, they return to the launchpad to recover and prepare for the next one.

The technologies we use:

Frontend: javascript, Type
Script, React. js.

Backend: Node. js, Type
Script, and Fastify. Some PHP.

Storage and messaging: My
SQL, Kafka, Redis, and some Couch
DB.

Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

• Create and enhance automation tools, enabling users to build workflows with ease—whether it’s sending
  - up emails or updating deal statuses. You’ll help automate routine tasks seamlessly.
• Develop solutions to handle
  - time triggers and data changes, ensuring businesses can move quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with product designers to create intuitive automation interfaces, allowing users to easily manage workflows and complex logic.
• Ensure that our Automations feature is fast, reliable, and scales effectively as we grow, enhancing the user experience for all customers.

• 3+ years of experience with software development
• Experience with Javascript, Typescript, Node. js, React. js
• Experience with some of the following technologies: PHP, My
  SQL, Couch
  DB, Redis, Apache Kafka
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Passionate about learning and an avid problem solver
• Good understanding of security threats
• Past contributions to the
  - source community are a plus
• Experience with
  - regional
  - based services is a plus
