About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a specialized development team and contribute to the design and optimization of core features within a
- impact platform. This is a great opportunity to work on both frontend and backend development, shaping the product from vision to production.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience working in
- scale IT projects, within teams of at least 20 developers, and in complex, scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement new
   -
   - end features within a highly scalable system.
2. Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals on challenging technical projects.
3. Work with technologies such as Vue, React, Python, Mongo
   DB, Redis, Rabbit
   MQ, and Docker.
4. Optimize system performance, security, and data processing.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
2. Proven experience in large IT projects (teams of 20+ developers, working on complex, scalable solutions).
3. Strong expertise in Java
   Script, CSS, and at least one modern UI framework (React, Vue. js, Angular, Svelte).
4. Extensive experience with at least one backend language (Python, Node. js, Java, C#, Go, PHP, Ruby).
5. Experience in building scalable and distributed systems (a plus).
6. Experience with Docker (a plus).
7. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
8. Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
