Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates the local development team, acting as a proxy manager for the onshore management.
- Work with the team to estimate the tasks to be carried out, identify blocking points, report alerts and KPIs like task progress.
- Ensures that commitments are followed in terms of scope, budget, and planning during the product development phase.
- Ensures that the documentation is updated and participates in the updating/creation of architectural documents to present them to the Tech Leader and/or the CTO.
- Performs the code review with the team before submitting it to the onshore Tech Leader.

- Frontend framework: Angular
- Backend framework: Spring Boot, Camel
- Build tool: Maven, Git (Bitbucket), Sonar, Nexus
- IDE: Eclipse or Intelli
J - Middleware: Active MQ, Kafka
- Log: Log4J
- Webservice: API REST (JSON), SOAP
- Unit tests: JUnit and Mockito
- Ticketing: JIRA
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
