To support our operations and stakeholders, we are undertaking a critical modernization project to upgrade our Grant Management software. This platform manages the entire grant lifecycle, including call types, proposal submissions, evaluations, agreements, reporting, analytics, and portfolio management. Position
We are seeking a talented. NET/Angular Full-Stack Developer to join our team for the Grant Management software modernization project. This is a freelance contract position with an initial duration of one year, with the option to extend based on performance and project needs. Applicants are required to submit their CV along with their proposed hourly rate. This role involves developing and maintaining web applications, API endpoints, and database integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in. NET and Angular, with a passion for creating efficient,
- friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications and API endpoints using ASP. NET Core Minimal API and Angular as well as ASP. NET Web
Forms (only in case the maintenance of legacy application)
- Implement C#
- end logic and data processing using. NET Core 8+
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, g
RPC, Signal
R/Web
Socket
- Work with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Postgres
- experience with Entity Framework Core
- Collaborate and support UI/UX designers by the realization of the intuitive applications
- Prepare documentation for architecture, APIs, and user guides.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Angular and ASP. NET Core for building web applications.
- Strong knowledge of. NET Core8+ framework
- Familiarity / Nice to have experience with microservice architecture as well as Micro Front
Ends
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, g
RPC, Signal
R (optional), Web
Sockets (optional).
- Database design and management skills using MS SQL Server/Postgres and Entity Framework Core.
- Familiarity / Nice to have experience in
- end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and responsive design.
- Version control experience with Git
- experience with implementation and maintainance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure Dev
Ops or Git

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
