Full Stack C# Desktop Developer (NATO) - ONSITE - The Hague (Netherlands)

We are looking for a: FULL STACK C# DESKTOP DEVELOPER (NATO)

Onsite (The Hague - The Netherlands)

Plexus. Tech provides a wide range of specialist services to military and security institutions (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence). We are currently seeking personnel to join our team and provide support for crucial client projects.

Role Duties And Responsibilities:

• The Full Stack C# Desktop Developer will support the development of the NATO TOPFAS Service by:

- Software Development:

• Implement and review software changes using Azure Dev
  Ops
• Develop the
  - end application and ensure seamless communication with backend services
• Create and improve system interfaces with other applications (file-based and
  - time online)
• Support integration efforts, including integration testing
• Provide support for bug fixes and system stability improvements
• Regularly update and create documentation
• Work closely with the project team, attending daily
  - ups and sprint planning meetings
• Participate in workshops, events, and conferences as needed
• Work with multiple teams for coordinated technical solutions, ensuring smooth integration across systems

- Quality Assurance & Reporting:

• Ensure all deliverables meet
  - upon quality standards
• Prepare sprint completion reports, detailing work performed and progress
• Provide demonstrations of completed work during sprint reviews

- Agile Methodology:

• Follow an Agile approach, working in
  - week sprints
• Actively engage in daily meetings and sprint retrospectives to assess progress and resolve issues

Mandatory Skills And Experience:

- Education:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent

- Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience as a Software Developer, with at least 5 years in C#
• At least 5 years of experience with Win
  Forms (Microsoft desktop application development)
• In-depth knowledge of C# and proficient in
  - party UI frameworks
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and multithreaded applications
• Experience with integration patterns and message exchange formats like JSON and XML
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented (OO) principles and patterns
• Basic knowledge of SQL querying

- Additional Skills:

• Preferred: Experience with Azure Dev
  Ops, Playwright (or other test automation tools), and Dev
  Express
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational, diverse team
• Proactive, with a growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership
