Front Office Assistant

Savills Portugal is experiencing strong growth and is looking to strengthen its team with the integration of a Receptionist/Assistant for its Lisbon office.
Main tasks/activities:
- Front office duties (reception);
- Telephone and
-
- face reception; - Preparing and supporting meeting rooms;
- Ensuring compliance with internal rules;
- Providing support to the various departments;
- Other tasks inherent to this role (managing correspondence, assisting at events, among others).
Desirable Requirements, Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in English;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (telephone and
-
- face); - Organization and time management;
- Proactive attitude and
- solving skills; - Attention to detail;
- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc. );
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask;
- Confidentiality and discretion;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Teamwork and ability to work independently;
- Basic knowledge of meeting room management.
