1. Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and 3+ years of frontend development experience. (A Master’s degree? Even better!)
2. Build Tools Guru: Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, npm, or yarn to keep workflows smooth.
3. Version Control Pro: Experience using Git for collaborative development.
4. Design Thinker: A strong grasp of OOP principles and software design.
