The Business Analyst mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyses every new need deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or simply users requests for enhancement of the system, proposing and documenting the most optimal solutions to meet users and/or client’s expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process.

• Understanding business processes and issues.
• Be a proposal force to design innovative solutions to allow the most advanced automation of reporting processes.
• Contribute to the validation of the product with end users, taking care to check their adherence at each stage.
• Contribute to change management and support the users throughout the year.
• Monitoring treatment progress and provide user support during closing periods.
• Be an actor in an agile organization by actively contributing to rituals, definition and prioritization of backlogs and continuous team improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of Finance, credit risk, and regulatory reports.
• Knowledge in IT and business relationship.
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge of data.
• Knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Fluent in English.
• Teamwork and ability to collaborate.
• Capable of sharing and passing on knowledge.
• Good organizational skills.
