- first attitude, and a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering clear guidance and solutions. Educate users on the platform's features and help them fully optimize their websites. Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues. Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support. Collect and relay user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Requirements
Native German speaker with at least a B2 level of English proficiency. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service with a strong orientation to customer satisfaction (mandatory). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools. Excellent
- solving skills and the patience to assist users with various inquiries. Experience with website builders or content management systems (CMS) is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and handle shifting priorities.
Offer
Working Hours:Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 22:00 (Rotative shifts)Days Off - Saturday and Sunday
Relocation from outside Portugal:Room in a shared apartment for a maximum of 12 months in Lisbon, at a discounted rent of €280/month, including utilities (deducted directly from the payslip). Reimbursement of airfare (up to €400 in economy class) after the 6th month of the contract. Additional Benefits:Health insurance provided upon enrollment (must have NIF and NISS).
