You'll uphold excellent standards and share your passion for technology with both customers and colleagues. French-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Assisting with
- sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues
Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets
Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
As a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation.
Requirements
Native-level French language skills (C2) + English proficiency
Experience in technical troubleshooting is advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical jargon for
- technical users
PC literacy is required
Aptitude for wireless troubleshooting
Patience to communicate and solve issues
Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
Stay up to date with the latest IT and technology trends
