What You'll Do:

1. Provide exceptional support to customers via various channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to website solutions and deliver effective solutions.
3. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding users through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience: At least 6 months in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).
2. Languages: Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).
3. A proactive
   - solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts and two rotating days off.
